Cinnamon Snickerdoodles – the ultra-fast Christmas recipe for every household

For about 20 cookies:

  • 250 g flour

  • 150 g sugar

  • 120 g soft butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • For the coating: 2 tsp cinnamon + 2 tbsp sugar


Preparation – Ready in 3 Steps

1. Prepare the dough

Cream together the butter, sugar, and egg. Mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt. The dough should be soft but pliable.

2. Shape and roll the dough into balls

Form walnut-sized balls and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

3. Bake briefly

Bake for 10–12 minutes at 180°C (350°F) using conventional oven settings (top and bottom heat). The cookies should remain soft – do not overbake.
