Secured Payment

We use the secured payment system of Stripe.

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a standard cryptographic protocol and security technology used for securing communications on the Internet and support authenticating of the communicating parties. From a user perspective, a secure HTTPS is established automatically, and browsers give visual cues to inform that a connection is secured. The traditional SSL technology has been superseded by a new security protocol for encrypting links called TLS (Transport Layer Security). Nevertheless, SSL is still commonly referring to both technologies.

Taxes:

 

  • Regulations vary and it is therefore the responsibility of the customer to check the local related laws and regulations.

Return policy:

 

  • The Customer is entitled to return Products that he himself ordered, without reason, within 14 days of receipt, provided that the Customer (a) has notified Customer Service in advance of the return, and (b) the Customer has returned the Product to the sender in its original packaging and without damage. In this case, the customer will be refunded the order amount.

Damaged Products:

 

  • The customer shall notify us immediately following to a complaint regarding a Damaged Product.. We shall be solely in charge of checking the returned Damaged Products. The customer shall be responsible to deliver the Damaged Product to the same address it came from - in the very same state he received it. We shall reimburse the customer or replace any Product that arrived damaged or in bad condition to the Customer if justified.

  • We generally ship Worldwide (though there might be exceptions depending on customers shipping address and chosen product). Please note: that some products may be subject to limitations placed in terms of customer`s country customs or shipping exceptions.

Prices for retailers are quantity dependent - FREE shipping from a certain quantity.

The total shipping price is calculated per order.

Order Fulfillment:

​

  • Orders are usually packed and shipped within 48 hours. For big quantities it may be longer. If for some reason the item(s) in the customer`s order are out of stock or there`s any delay, we will contact you. If part of the order is in stock and part is out of stock, the customer will receive the "in stock" portion immediately, and the "out of stock" portion when it arrives. You will be updated all along the process by our customer support team.

 

Delivery time:

  • The delivery time in business days corresponds to the information provided by the shipping services selected by the customer during checkout and after the order has been fulfilled. Please note that deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays are not available.

Delivery to Switzerland:

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service.

MeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep for a small fee.

​​General Terms and Conditions for Dropshipping

​

1. Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop and belonging to the dropshipping category (this category can be found under "All products"). They regulate the contractual relationship between the customer and ANCKERAMIC AMRAMI.

2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the customer places an order through our online shop and this is confirmed by us. We reserve the right to reject orders without giving reasons. For dropshipping products, shipping can be done directly from the supplier of the product.

3. Products and delivery times
The products are delivered by third parties in the dropshipping system. The delivery time can be up to 15 working days, as the products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

4. Prices and shipping costs

For items delivered from outside the European Union, you may be subject to additional charges for VAT and, when applicable, customs duties in your country. If it is obliged by law to collect VAT, you will see the VAT inclusive price at checkout. For more information about these costs, please contact the tax and customs authorities in your country. Shipping costs are free for the product itself. If the dropshipping product is ordered together with a product that does not fall under the dropshipping category, the shipping costs are processed together by the system and calculated according to the general shipping costs rules.

5. Payment
Payment is usually made using the payment methods offered in the online shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer). The purchase price is due immediately after the contract is concluded.

6. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him takes possession of the goods. Excluded from this right are products that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer's needs.

7. Returns and complaints
In the event of a withdrawal or complaint, the customer does not have to bear the return costs. Please note that in the case of dropshipping products, the return must be made to the respective supplier who sent the product directly.

8. Liability
The liability of the online shop for damage caused by the use of the product is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the respective product. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use or improper handling.

9. Dropshipping and third-party suppliers
Please note that some of the products in our online shop are shipped directly to the specified delivery address as part of a third-party dropshipping system. In such cases, deviations in terms of shipping and delivery may occur. We accept no responsibility for delivery delays caused by our suppliers.

10. Data protection
We treat your personal data in accordance with our data protection declaration, which can be viewed on our website. Your data will only be used to process your order and to communicate with you.

11. Final provisions
German law applies.
