Alipay Live: Alipay enables Chinese consumers to pay directly via online transfer from their bank account. Customers are redirected to their Alipay's payment page to log in and approve payments.
Przelewy24: Przelewy24 (P24) enables customers in Poland to pay directly via online payouts from their bank account. Customers are redirected to their bank's payment page to log in and approve payments.
Giropay: Giropay enables customers in Germany to pay directly via online payouts from their bank account. Customers are redirected to their bank's payment page to log in and approve payments.
SOFORT Überweisung: SOFORT enables customers in Austria, Germany, and Belgium to pay via direct online payouts from their bank accounts. Customers log into SOFORT's payment page to approve payments.
iDEAL: iDEAL enables customers in the Netherlands to pay directly via online payouts from their bank account. Customers are redirected to their bank's payment page to log in and approve payments.
Bancontact: Accept payments using Bancontact, Belgium's most popular payment method.
Secured Payment
We use the secured payment system of Stripe.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a standard cryptographic protocol and security technology used for securing communications on the Internet and support authenticating of the communicating parties. From a user perspective, a secure HTTPS is established automatically, and browsers give visual cues to inform that a connection is secured. The traditional SSL technology has been superseded by a new security protocol for encrypting links called TLS (Transport Layer Security). Nevertheless, SSL is still commonly referring to both technologies.

Returns and Complaints
1. Right of Withdrawal / Return
Customers have the right to return ordered products within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the following conditions are met:

Customer service has been notified in advance of the return.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and complete, at the customer's expense, to the sender's address.
After a successful return, the customer will receive a full refund.
2. Damaged Products / Complaints
If a product is damaged or in a defective condition upon delivery, the customer must contact our customer service immediately.
2.1 Special Regulations for Certain Categories
The following categories apply: Pans & Pots, Coffee, Tea & Co., Tableware, dishes, trays and sources:
To ensure prompt processing and a straightforward refund, we ask the customer to report any visible transport damage or damage by email within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the goods.
All supporting documents (photos, description of the damage, order number, etc.) should be included in the report.
In these cases, we will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up from you free of charge.
If the report is submitted later, processing may be delayed or claims against the transport service provider may be lost.
2.2 Other Categories
The following also applies to all other categories:
After submitting the supporting documents, the customer returns the damaged product to us with a return receipt.
We will inspect the returned or collected product and, if the complaint is justified, refund the amount or send a replacement product.
3. Note on Acceptance of Goods for Deliveries with Signature
For deliveries that require personal acceptance with a signature, the following applies:

Please carefully inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt for external damage to the packaging or visible transport damage to the product.

In the event of damage: Note the damage on the delivery note directly to the deliverer and have it confirmed.

Alternatively, you can refuse acceptance, citing the damage.
4. Agreement for the Use of Trusted Shops Buyer Protection
You can protect orders placed with us free of charge up to a value of €100 using Trusted Shops SE's Buyer Protection. For orders exceeding this amount, Trusted Shops, in partnership with a guarantor, offers a paid option. The Trusted Shops Buyer Protection Terms and Conditions apply, which you can find here. Buyer Protection is activated by clicking the corresponding button on the Trustcard, which appears as a pop-up on the order confirmation page after you place your order. If you are already registered for Buyer Protection, your order will be automatically protected (automatic Buyer Protection) without you having to click the button. To offer you (automatic) Buyer Protection, Trustcard needs access to order data stored in your browser's cache. For this purpose, a hash of your email address, as well as the order number and order total, are transmitted to Trusted Shops. If you are already registered for Buyer Protection, your order will be automatically protected. If you are not yet registered for buyer protection, you can register via Trustcard as described above. Information on data protection at Trusted Shops is attached to the buyer protection terms and conditions linked above.
Important: Without a corresponding note upon delivery, subsequent complaints may not be accepted.

We generally ship Worldwide (though there might be exceptions depending on customers shipping address and chosen product). Please note: that some products may be subject to limitations placed in terms of customer`s country customs or shipping exceptions.
Shipping rates:
All shipping prices are quoted during the sales process. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply depending on the destination and the heavy weight of the item.

Order Fulfillment:

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 48 hours. For big quantities it may be longer. If for some reason the item(s) in the customer`s order are out of stock or there`s any delay, we will contact you. If part of the order is in stock and part is out of stock, the customer will receive the "in stock" portion immediately, and the "out of stock" portion when it arrives. You will be updated all along the process by our customer support team.
Delivery time:

The delivery time in business days corresponds to the information provided by the shipping services selected by the customer during checkout and after the order has been fulfilled. Please note that deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays are not available.

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service.
